Tor Holden, COO

 Tor Holden was born on 12 November 1972 in Brussels. He started his education at the ECAM (Institut Supérieur Industriel) in Brussels and continued later at the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) where he studied Systems on the faculty of computer science.

He started his career as a consultant for Skynet and later Daimler Chrystler in 2002, first as a developer, later as an analyst and as a project manager.

As from 2005 he focused on the management of procedures in order to limit considerably the term of development and increase the quality of the projects. He worked for European Institutions such as ECDC, Eurojust and companies as Fabricom GTI, Siemens, NMBS, MIVB, Belgacom and many more.

Although his passion is optimizing the machine of project  management, he is also interested in technique, in particular in technologies related to the development of artificial intelligence.

Tor invested in DS Improve In 2004 and has taken responsibility of the operational management of the company.
