Guy De Smet, CEO

 Guy De Smet was born on 31 August 1974 in Uccle. He studied Computersystems
at the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) where he graduated with distinction as a Master in computer science.

From 2003 untill 2006 he was appointed by the Walloon Region as manager for e-business projects for SMEs (‘Rentic’).

As a consultant for large accounts he worked among other for Siemens, Siemens IT Solutions, DG Trade (CE) , Fabricom GTI,…

Since 2007 he is also a trainer in the School of the Marketing Foundation  (FUNDP – INSTIMA – School of Management)

Guy is interested in a wide range of New Technologies with a passion for industrial computer science, graphic technologies, ‘Open Source’ and multidimensional databases.

As founder of DS Improve, Guy has been general, commercial and financial director of the company since 1999.
